Sean Wood Photography - Destination Wedding Photographer
My first ever assignment as a wedding photographer was to photograph Ian & Colette's amazing wedding on the Island of Brac, Croatia. So destination wedding photography is where it all started for me, and it's something that I really love to do. Whether you're getting married in Cork, Ireland; or on an Island in the Bahamas - I'll get myself there to photograph your amazing day. I'm lucky enough to have travelled all over the world, and I've loved every second of it, so combining travel with wedding photography is just about as good as it gets for me!
For destination and international weddings, I like to arrive a couple of days before the wedding itself. This ensures I'm covered for any travel disruption, but also allows me a chance to have a good scout around the venue, and to meet up with and spend some time with my awesome clients before the big day.
Below is my pricing and package description for destination wedding photography:
- A pre-wedding meet up over coffee and cake (or something healthier if you're on a pre-wedding health kick!), a great chance to get to know each other, and discuss what is most important to you in the photography of your big day. If a personal meet up is not possible, we can Skype - but that means I cant buy you a coffee!
- A full-day's photography coverage, from preparation until the very last Cocktail has been consumed!
- Individually edited images (with full printing rights) to tell the full story of your day, presented on a unique USB key in a personalised keepsake cotton-covered box.
- A promise that I will not pose you, or ask you to say cheese! And I wont interrupt the flow of your day by setting up lighting rigs or pushing reflectors in your face!
Pricing for full-day is £1095*
*In addition to the above, for destination weddings, I ask that my travel and accommodation costs are covered in full at cost price. These will be detailed well in advance of your big day so you can factor them into your budget.
Check my availability - I want to be tip-top-tickety-boo for every single wedding that I'm lucky enough to shoot, so I limit my diary to 30 weddings a year. This means I'm always fresh and focused for every single couple I work with. Destination wedding photography takes a little more scheduling than a UK wedding, so it's always best to get me booked in as early as possible! If I'm already booked, I can point you in the direction of some other amazing photographers who can help.
